Rosa brings over 20 years of experience in Financial Management and Treasury.  She is passionate about helping our businesses grow. 

 She oversees our company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash management and financial reporting. She ensures that we are meeting our financial goals and that we’re always making the most of our resources. 

 Rosa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Houston and a Minor in Spanish. 

Her approachable and personable demeanor is one of the things our clients appreciate the most. Her strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is a great asset. She is an analytical thinker, always looking for innovative ways to drive financial success and support the overall growth and expansion of our company. 

Prior to launching Inner Fire Logistics LLC, Rosa held leadership roles in the finance departments of several companies in the Treasury and Banking Industry.  

 When Rosa is not crunching numbers, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, traveling, and eating.  She is an active member of Houston Minority Supplier Development Council and a trusted leader that is a true asset to our team, guiding us towards financial excellence and helping us achieve our organizational goals.
